ABB's ACS480 series AC Inverter is a suitable option for high overload capacity up to 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motors and 7.5 kW (10 HP) fan/pump applications. This inverter effectively controls the speed of standard AC Induction Motor or Permanent Magnet motors by converting three phase 400V input into variable frequency output. VxF and Sensorless Vector Control modes are available.
